KITCHEN ETC

It was a long time ago when Keith's mum showed him how to cook English. He's remembered. It's not complicated, just the best local ingredients, prepared consistently with no 'signiture twists'. She always said 'first we eat, then we do everything else'

FRONT OF HOUSE

Noah is the second son of the Appleby snr. He welcomes all customers with great enthusiasm because he wants everyone who comes to APPLEBY'S to be delighted with what they buy. He produces a sublime flat white and an excellent Earl Grey!

ANOTHER APPLEBY

This is Joe who helps

out at APPLEBY'S when he has time from study.

A mean rapper and songwriter - who

also produces a very good flat white!

DOMINIC -

Who looks after our Open Mic. nights;

besides being a brilliant solo musician himself he is absolutely the best at making any very slightly stage struck performers feel completely at home with his excellent accompaniment skills.

TIM

Pictured 'on-song' but Tim also helped us

serving when we were busy.

He's on his way back to Greece where he

spends his summer. Very lucky!

This is DAISY who helps us usually on Sunday at the weekend. When she' not doing this she's studying English and the Arts.... and when she's not doing that she taking her dog Toby for a walk.

This is LUCY who, when she's not busy helping us in the week and at the weekends is busy following her interest in dance and singing... or going to concerts...or studying.
